1. According to the method of transferring vibration: internal vibrator, external vibrator, surface vibrator

Internal vibrator is also known as insertion type vibrator. When working vibration head 1 inserted into the concrete inside, the vibration wave will be transmitted directly to the concrete. This kind of vibrator is mostly used to vibrate the concrete layer with larger thickness, such as bridge piers, bridge abutment foundation and foundation piles. It has the advantage of light weight, easy to move, and very widely used.

External vibrator, also known as attached vibrator, is a vibrating motor, the bottom of the machine is installed with a special base plate, the work of the base plate attached to the formwork, the vibrating wave generated by the vibrator through the base plate and the formwork indirectly to the concrete. This type of vibrator is mostly used for the construction of thin shell members, hollow slab beams, arch ribs, T-shaped beams, etc. According to the construction needs, the external vibrator in addition to the attached type, there is a vibration table, which is used to vibrate the concrete pre-products. The precast product installed in the formwork is placed on the table connected with the vibrator, and the vibrating wave generated by the vibrator is transmitted to the concrete precast product through the table and the formwork.

The surface vibrator is placed directly on the concrete surface, and the vibrating waves are transmitted to the concrete through the vibrating base plate 1, which is fixed to it. Since the vibration wave is transmitted from the surface of the concrete, it is called the surface vibrator. When working, two people hold the handle of the vibrator 4, according to the work needs to drag. It is suitable for the construction of concrete pavement and bridge decks with little thickness and other works.

2. According to the power source of vibrator: there are electric type, internal combustion type, wind-driven type three, to electric type is most widely used.

3. According to the vibration frequency of the vibrator: low-frequency type, medium-frequency type, high-frequency type.

The vibration frequency of low-frequency type is 25~50HZ (1500~3000 times/min); medium-frequency type is 83~133HZ (5000~8000 times/min); high-frequency type is 167HZ (10000 times/min) or more.

4. According to the principle of vibration generated by the vibrator: there are eccentric type, planetary type two.

Its vibration structure and working principle are as follows

Eccentric type: It is the use of the center of the vibrating rod installed with eccentric mass of the shaft, the centrifugal force generated at high speed rotation through the bearing to the vibrating rod shell, so that the vibrating rod to produce circular vibration.

Planetary type: It is the use of a hollow shaft in the vibrating rod, when it rotates, the conical part of its lower pendant end rolls along the conical surface inside the rod shell, thus forming the planetary motion of the rolling body to drive the rod body to produce circular vibration.
